The climate community is extremely well organized. Work by different groups and individuals is not replicated but well coordinated and efficient, empowering all actors instead of creating competition.

There is far greater representation from the Global South, where people and organizations have an equal level of capacity to engage, generate actions and ideas that work better in more countries.

We are all part of the same big team, with sub-divisions of work. We’re not bogged down by red tape, grant applications and funding shortages. This ensures team members are more relaxed, with time for deep thinking and better capacity for brilliant ideas.

We have moved from an 'ego-system' to an 'ecosystem', recognizing nature’s model.
