Pressure from the investment world and civil society ensures the fossil fuel industry "flicks the switch". It commits by end of 2021 (COP26) to leave all existing holdings of coal, oil and gas in the ground, and to pursue electrification and/or decarbonization of half of the world's energy system by 2030.

The fossil fuel industry, the new no-CO2 technology barons, and the climate community work hand in hand to fully embrace the science. This collaboration supports governments to provide incentives and an enabling environment for rapid roll out of the new green hydrogen economy.
